SECTION 1: SHIPPING POLICY

What is your shipping policy?

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on certain gemstone availability. We will notify you if this is the case.

Domestic UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. All UK orders must ship to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.These orders will be shipped free of charge.

You may request expedited delivery for an additional fee. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.

Shipping may be delayed due to items being out-of-stock, if this is the case we only ship complete orders. We do not sell out of stock items but should an error occur we will notify you soonest if your order is delayed.

All international orders will be charged.  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally. All international shipping will be charged.  

Please allow up to 5-6 weeks for your shipment to arrive, depending on the shipping method you choose with your order.

SECTION 2: PRODUCT RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my product order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at cancellations as soon as you realise you want to cancel your order.  

We sometimes are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us as the order may have already been shipped.  So please get in touch soonest.

Can I return or exchange merchandise?

We offer exchanges and returns for your product purchases. Due to the limited inventory and the rarity of many of the crystals on our eCommerce site, a majority of our crystals will be final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page).

Request an return number by emailing us at returns and provide us with your order confirmation number and which item you wish to return. The merchandise does not have to be physically received back at 114WITHIN.COM within 21 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid return number).

As soon as your valid return is received and processed, you will be credited for the cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges. Most returns are processed within 10 days of receipt in our warehouse. Credit/refund reflection is dependent upon the bank.

We recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of 114WITHIN.COM to replace it.  Please return to: 114WITHIN, 34 New House, 67-68 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8JY

SECTION 3: Gemstones and Crystals

Why does my crystal look different than the picture on the website?

All our gemstones and crystals are natural and come from Mother Earth. As the Earth is nature, the crystals and gemstones that grow within it are due to natural variation. So, the size, colour and pattern (striations, mixing of colours, rutile’s etc.) are due to variation.

However, if you are unhappy or not satisfied with your reading within the first 10 minutes please state that you are not connecting. We will offer you a full refund immediately and your refund will be refunded within 30 days of your reading or consultation.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?

To find out the cost in your local currency, you can use a currency converter.

WHY WONT YOU READ FOR ME?

If you are on medication or abusing drugs or alcohol or suffering from mental illness, your mental and emotional clarity could also affect the clarity of the reading and in such circumstances, we do not recommend that you have a reading. Your statutory rights are not affected.  We however have the right to refuse reading for you.
